Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply when you visit foxwoodroofing.com (the “Site”), request a free estimate, roof inspection, or photo report, or otherwise contact Foxwood Roofing LLC (“Foxwood Roofing,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Estimates, Inspections & Photo Reports

Free estimates, roof inspections, and photo reports are provided as a courtesy and for informational purposes. An estimate is our good-faith assessment of likely scope and cost at the time it is given — it is not a binding offer or a guarantee of final price. Actual pricing, scope, materials, and scheduling for any project are set out in a separate written agreement signed by both you and Foxwood Roofing. If hidden conditions are discovered once work begins (for example, rotted decking under existing shingles), any changes to scope or price will be documented and approved before the additional work proceeds.

Scheduling & Site Access

Appointment dates and times requested through the Site are requests, not confirmed bookings, until we confirm them with you. Roofing and exterior work is weather dependent, and schedules may shift for safety reasons. By requesting an inspection or estimate, you give us permission to access and photograph the exterior of the property for that purpose. If you are not the property owner, you are responsible for having the owner’s permission.

Payments & Financing

Payment terms for any project are stated in your written agreement. Online invoice payments are processed by third-party payment providers, and financing is offered through third-party financing partners. Those services are governed by the providers’ own terms and approval processes — Foxwood Roofing is not a lender and does not make credit decisions.

Warranties

Workmanship warranties, where applicable, are described in your written agreement. Manufacturer warranties on shingles and other materials are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and registration requirements. Except as expressly stated in a signed written agreement, we make no other warranties, express or implied.

Insurance Claims

We can document storm damage, provide photo reports, and meet your insurance adjuster on-site. However, we are a roofing contractor — not a public adjuster, insurance company, or law firm. Decisions about your claim are made by you and your insurance carrier, and we cannot guarantee that any claim will be approved.

Communications

When you submit a form, call, text, or email us, you agree that we may contact you about your request by phone, text message (SMS), or email, including through automated form-delivery tools. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply to texts. You can opt out of non-essential communications at any time by letting us know.

Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and agree not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, submit false or misleading requests, or use automated tools to scrape or overload the Site. We may suspend or restrict access to the Site at any time.

Site Content & Intellectual Property

The content on this Site — text, logos, photos, graphics, and design — is owned by or licensed to Foxwood Roofing and is protected by law. Content is provided for general information about our services and may not be copied or reused for commercial purposes without our written permission. Site content is not professional advice for your specific property; conditions vary, and an on-site assessment is always required.

Third-Party Links & Services

The Site links to third-party services such as payment, financing, and mapping or address-lookup providers. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party sites and services, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Foxwood Roofing will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies set out in a signed written agreement for roofing or exterior work, or any rights you have under applicable law that cannot be limited.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Indiana.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after any changes means you accept the updated Terms.
